PRIMO AI Privacy Policy
PRIMO AI is designed for general health, wellness, fitness, and informational purposes. PRIMO AI is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Information provided by PRIMO should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Introduction
PRIMO AI (“PRIMO AI,” “PRIMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by PRIMELIFE GROUP. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the PRIMO AI application and related services that link to this policy.
PRIMO AI provides an AI chat assistant and wellness tools, including personalized onboarding, nutrition and food logging, calorie and macro tracking, weight logging and history, workout and training logging, Body Scan (photo-based body progress), tasks and to-do lists, food and barcode lookup, voice input, and web research for questions that need current information. Account-associated information may be stored in cloud systems so functionality, history, and personalization can persist between sessions and devices.
Information We Collect
Information we collect depends on how you use PRIMO AI and what you choose to provide. When you create or use an account, information is associated with that account and is not anonymous.
Account and profile information
Where you supply it, this may include:
- Email address, or your Google account email if you sign in with Google
- Authentication and account identifiers
- First name and an optional profile photo
- Age, sex, height, and weight you enter during onboarding
- Goals, activity level, units, and other preferences
- How you heard about PRIMO, if you answer that optional onboarding question
Health and wellness information
Depending on your use of PRIMO AI, this may include:
- Foods and meals
- Calorie intake and nutrition logs
- Macros
- Body weight and weight history
- Exercise, workout, and training information and history
- Nutrition targets, wellness and fitness goals, and plans
Body Scan photos and results
Body Scan is optional. If you use it, PRIMO collects the front, side, and back photos you take, and creates from them an outline, body landmarks, proportions, a scan-quality rating, and comparisons between your scans. Your height and weight at the time of the scan are stored with the result. Some analysis runs on your device before upload; the photos are then uploaded to your private storage and processed on our servers. Body Scan results are estimates for tracking your own progress. They are not medical or clinical measurements.
Photos are kept with the scan until you delete that scan, delete all scans, or delete your account. Deleting a scan removes its photos and everything derived from them.
User-created information
This may include:
- PRIMO AI chat messages
- Conversation history
- Information you voluntarily provide during chat
- Photos you attach to a chat, such as a meal photo
- Saved personalization and conversational memory, including summaries derived from your chats
- Notes, tasks, to-do entries, and projects
- Text or a ChatGPT data export, only if you choose to import it
- Reports you send about an AI response, including the reported response
Camera, photos, and microphone
PRIMO asks for camera access only when you take a meal photo, scan a barcode, or take a Body Scan, and uses the Android photo picker when you choose an existing photo. PRIMO asks for microphone access only when you use voice input. Voice input uses your device’s speech recognition service to turn speech into text; PRIMO receives the text, not a recording.
Purchases
If you subscribe to PRIMO+, we receive purchase details from Google Play (such as the purchase token, product, status, and renewal or expiry date) to unlock your subscription. Google Play processes the payment; we do not receive your card number. Older web subscriptions were processed by Stripe, and we keep the related Stripe customer and subscription identifiers.
PRIMO+ may be offered with a free trial, such as 7 days free, to eligible new subscribers. A trial is available only when Google Play offers it to your Google account and your PRIMO account has not held PRIMO+ before; to check this, we use your account’s subscription and purchase history. When you start a trial, we also receive from Google Play whether your subscription is in its free-trial period, when the trial ends, and whether it will renew. Unless you cancel in Google Play before the trial ends, Google Play charges the regular subscription price shown to you and the subscription renews automatically. You can cancel at any time in Google Play.
Technical and service information
We process information needed to operate, secure, and maintain PRIMO AI, such as app version, request logs, error codes, timing data, and counts of AI usage used to apply plan limits. The PRIMO AI app does not include crash-reporting SDKs. Measurement in the app is optional and off until you allow it: if you allow it, the app records how it was installed and which features you use, in PRIMO’s own systems, as described in Optional Usage Analytics in the App; it can also send app activity to Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Ads, as described in Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads Measurement in the App, and ad-measurement events to TikTok, as described in Optional TikTok Ad Measurement. The app uses your device’s advertising identifier only if you turn on Google Ads measurement or TikTok ad measurement. Our website uses Google Analytics as described in Website Analytics and Cookies. The Android app uses Google ML Kit for on-device barcode scanning and Body Scan analysis. Your photos stay on the device for that step, but ML Kit sends Google metrics about the performance and use of its features, under Google’s terms.
Notes and Imported Memory
Notes are stored with your account so you can reopen them across devices. Each note has controls for whether PRIMO may read or edit it. Notes created at your request in chat use the access settings shown in the app. Existing notes retain their access choices.
When you ask PRIMO to remember imported or pasted text, we store the text and searchable sections and may extract facts for personalization. This can include names, relationships or contact details you choose to provide about yourself or others. PRIMO does not read your device’s address book. You can remove imported memory and ask PRIMO to forget information. Forgetting excludes that information from personalization; the original chat remains in conversation history unless you separately delete it.
Optional Usage Analytics in the App
Usage analytics in the PRIMO AI app is off unless you turn it on. You can turn it on by ticking Help improve PRIMO when you create your account, or at any time with the Usage analytics switch in Settings → Privacy & Analytics, where you can also turn it off. Older versions of the app asked once and offered the switch in Settings → Help. Declining does not change how the app works.
If you allow it, PRIMO records:
- How the app was installed: whether the install came from one of our campaigns or website links, using the campaign code that Google Play’s install referrer passes to the app. We keep only our own campaign code, not the link, the referrer text, or any click identifier.
- That you opened the welcome screen, progressed through onboarding steps, started sign-up, signed in, created your account, and started and finished setup.
- That you sent a message, started a conversation, received a reply, or logged food, weight, or a workout, and on which days you used the app.
- That you viewed the PRIMO+ page, started or could not complete a purchase, and, from Google Play’s verified purchase records, when a PRIMO+ subscription started, renewed, was canceled, or expired. Test purchases are excluded.
Each record contains the type of event, when it happened, a random identifier created for this installation and, after you sign in, your account. To avoid counting the same thing twice, a record may also hold the internal identifier of the item it refers to, such as a message or meal record, a Google Play order number, or a scrambled (hashed) form of a purchase token. It never contains the content of your messages, what you ate or weighed, your photos, or other health information.
This information is stored in PRIMO’s own systems (Supabase). It is not shared with or sold to advertisers or ad networks. We use it to understand which of our campaigns bring people who find PRIMO useful and where people get stuck, so we can improve the app.
If you turn Usage analytics off, the app stops recording right away and asks our servers to delete what was recorded for this installation and, if you are signed in, for your account. If you are signed out, the deletion is completed the next time you sign in to the app. Deleting your account also deletes this information. Otherwise, records for installations that never signed in are deleted after 30 days without use, and activity records after 13 months; the record of how your account was acquired, its first milestones, and subscription events are kept while your account exists.
Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads Measurement in the App
The Android app includes Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google. It collects nothing until you allow it, either by ticking Help improve PRIMO when you create your account or with the Google Analytics switch in Settings → Privacy & Analytics.
If you allow Google Analytics, the app sends Google:
- App opens and sessions, and app activity events such as onboarding steps, sign-in, sending a message and receiving a reply, using a feature such as logging food, weight, or a workout, scanning a barcode, and viewing PRIMO+ offers, with limited details such as the step, whether a photo was attached, response time, or whether a barcode product was found
- Subscription events, including starting a free trial and Google Play subscription purchases with product, price, and currency
- A random app-instance identifier, a one-way pseudonym derived from your account (never your email, name, or PRIMO account ID), and whether you are on the free plan or PRIMO+
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, and language, and approximate location that Google derives from your IP address
These events never include the content of your messages, what you ate or weighed, your measurements, your photos, or other health information. Google signals and ad personalization are turned off, and Google Analytics keeps event-level data for up to 14 months.
Google Ads measurement is a separate switch in Settings → Privacy & Analytics and is never turned on by the onboarding box. It can be on only while Google Analytics is on. If you turn it on, Google Analytics may share sign-up, setup, and subscription events with our linked Google Ads account, together with your device’s advertising identifier, so we can see whether an ad led to them. We do not allow Google to use this data to personalize ads.
If you turn Google Analytics off, the app stops sending events right away, resets its app-instance identifier, and discards events not yet sent. Data already sent stays with Google Analytics until its 14-month retention ends.
Optional TikTok Ad Measurement
The Android app includes the TikTok Business SDK, provided by TikTok, to measure our TikTok ad campaigns. It does not run until you allow it, either by ticking Help improve PRIMO when you create your account or with the TikTok ad measurement switch in Settings → Privacy & Analytics.
If you allow it, the app tells TikTok when the app is installed or opened and whether you return the next day, and when you create an account, finish setup, have your first chat, log your first meal, start a free trial, or subscribe, including the subscription price and currency. TikTok receives these events with your device’s advertising identifier, device and network information, and your IP address, and uses them to measure and improve our ad campaigns. We never send TikTok your messages, food or nutrition logs, body measurements or scans, health information, name, email, or account identifiers. TikTok’s automatic screen and purchase tracking is turned off.
If you turn TikTok ad measurement off, the app stops the TikTok SDK and deletes events still waiting on your device. Events already sent are handled by TikTok under TikTok’s privacy policy.
Your Choices in the App
When you create your account, a single optional box, Help improve PRIMO, turns on Usage analytics, Google Analytics, and TikTok ad measurement together. It is unticked unless you tick it. In Settings → Privacy & Analytics you can turn each of Usage analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and TikTok ad measurement on or off separately at any time. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device’s settings.
How We Use Information
We use information to:

Cloud Storage and Backend Infrastructure
PRIMO AI uses cloud-based authentication, backend, and database infrastructure, including Supabase, to store and sync account-associated data. This allows your profile, logs, conversations, personalization, and related information to persist across sessions and devices when you are signed in.
AI Processing
PRIMO AI’s chat responses are generated by AI models that we run on servers we operate. To answer you, those models receive your message, recent conversation, attached photos, and relevant account context such as your profile, goals, food, weight, and training logs, saved memory, and a summary of your latest Body Scan. We do not send your chats to third-party AI model providers, and we do not use your data to train third-party models.
When a question needs current information, PRIMO may search the web. It sends a search query based on your question, without your name, email, or account details, to a metasearch service we operate. That service forwards the query to public search engines, and PRIMO may then open the web pages returned. Sources used for an answer are shown under that answer.
How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions: Supabase (authentication, database, file storage, and server functions), Cloudflare (secure network connections to our AI servers), Google (Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, ML Kit usage metrics, Google Analytics for our website, and, if you allow them, Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Ads measurement in the app), Vercel (hosting for our website), and Stripe (legacy web subscriptions)
- With TikTok, only if you turn on TikTok ad measurement, as described in Optional TikTok Ad Measurement
- With public search engines, which receive web-research queries without your account details
- When required by law, legal process, or governmental request
- To protect the rights, safety, and security of users, PRIMELIFE GROUP, or others
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections
- With your direction or consent
We do not sell your personal information. If you turn on Google Ads measurement or TikTok ad measurement, sharing the events and advertising identifier described above to measure ad campaigns may be considered “sharing” for advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws; you can turn it off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Analytics. We do not claim HIPAA compliance or any medical certification for PRIMO AI.
Website Analytics and Cookies
This section applies to our website, primoai.world. The PRIMO AI app’s optional Google Analytics is described in Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads Measurement in the App.
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the website: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive (for example, from a search engine, another website, or a campaign link), and which links and buttons are used, including the links to PRIMO on Google Play. A click on a Google Play link only tells us that the link was used. It does not tell us whether you installed the app.
If you arrive from one of our campaign links, the website adds that campaign’s code and campaign tags to the Google Play links on the page, so Google Play can pass them to the app at install. The website does not store this or send it anywhere else. The app reads it only if you allow Usage analytics.
What Google Analytics collects
- Pages viewed, page titles, the page you came from, and campaign details included in the link you followed
- Clicks on Google Play links and on the website’s main links, including where the link was on the page and where it leads
- Interactions that Google Analytics measures automatically, such as scrolling, time on the page, and clicks on links to other websites
- Device and browser information, such as device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop), operating system (for example, Android or iOS), browser, screen size, and language
- Approximate location (country, region, and city), which Google derives from your IP address. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
- Random identifiers stored in cookies, which let Google Analytics recognize a returning browser and group page views into visits
We do not send your name, email address, or PRIMO account information to Google Analytics, and website analytics are not linked to your PRIMO account. Google signals, advertising features, and ad personalization are turned off for our website, and we do not use website analytics for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
When analytics is active, Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies on primoai.world: _ga, which holds a random identifier for your browser, and _ga_EGWLXWL8TF, which keeps the state of your current visit. Both expire after up to 2 years unless you delete them or decline analytics. We store your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage (primo_analytics_consent) so we don’t ask on every visit. Where consent is required, we ask again after 13 months. The website does not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Quebec, or if we can’t determine your location, Google Analytics does not load until you select Accept. We determine your approximate location from your IP address when the page loads. Our hosting provider does this, and we do not store the result. In other places, Google Analytics loads by default and you can opt out.
You can change your choice at any time with Privacy choices at the bottom of our home page. Declining stops Google Analytics on our website and deletes its cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google’s processing
Google processes website analytics data for us as our service provider. Google may process this data on servers in the United States and other countries. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for up to 14 months; aggregated reports that do not identify individual visitors may be kept longer. To learn how Google handles this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your PRIMO AI account and associated data. In the PRIMO AI mobile app, you can initiate account deletion from Today → Settings → Profile → Delete account, then confirm. You can delete individual Body Scans, or all of them, from Body Scan settings. You may also request deletion by email at Lucas-RELO@pm.me or through our account deletion page.
Deleting your account is not the same as signing out, uninstalling the application, or deleting individual records such as a single task, meal, or log entry. For verification, send deletion requests from the email address associated with your PRIMO AI account. Never send your password.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide PRIMO AI, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We do not state fixed retention periods here because retention depends on the type of information, how it is used, and applicable legal requirements. Optional usage analytics in the app has the fixed retention periods described in Optional Usage Analytics in the App.
When you delete your account, we delete your account and the data associated with it, including your profile, chats, memory, logs, to-dos, uploaded photos, Body Scan photos and results, reports you sent, and any usage analytics records linked to your account. Copies can remain in routine encrypted backups and service logs until they expire on their normal schedule. Google Play and Stripe keep their own records of purchases under their own policies. Deleting your account also turns off Google Analytics in the app and resets its app-instance identifier; data already sent to Google Analytics or TikTok is kept under their retention described above. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. Data is encrypted in transit between the app and our servers, files are kept in private storage, and per-account access rules keep each account’s data separate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
PRIMO AI is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorization where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact Lucas-RELO@pm.me.
We have not established a specific minimum user age for PRIMO AI in this policy.
International Users
If you use PRIMO AI from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of PRIMO AI after an update means you accept the revised policy, subject to applicable law.
